The history of the find of the Tisula Princess dates back to 1969, when miningman Ivan Karnaukhov stumbled upon a coffin with a woman sleeping in it. The woman found in the mine lying in a marble sarcophagus clearly confirmed the fabulous character about a sleeping beauty waiting for her prince. Yes, in folklore of different countries there is such a character as a sleeping princess. But the woman lying in the sarcophagus was not a fairy tale. Although, as you know, maybe the Tisul princess served as a prototype for a sleeping princess in folklore? It was a common change in the worker conducting the extraction of fossil fuels. There, in mines ending deep in the bowels of the earth, people often find strange artifacts. These are various fragments from the life of past civilizations of earthly history. Moreover, often these pieces break our usual stereotypes about the past of our planet.
